PrincessOlive.com uses Canada Post for all of its shipping needs. To see the shipping cost, kindly add the item(s) to your cart and click the 'Estimate Shipping' button. The system will automatically calculate shipping costs depending on total product size/weight and your location.
During "Free Shipping" promotions, standard mail via Canada Post is used, which is the most economical method that provides reliable service. Please contact us if you require an upgrade from standard shipping, and the difference will be charged for the upgrade.

For International Orders, we are happy to deliver virtually anywhere in the world. Please email your order to us and we will provide you with a quote for shipping prior to processing your order.
For Large Quantity orders for educational institutions, homeschool groups or community centres, please contact us for special delivery pricing and services.
Delivery Time
Upon receipt of payment, an email will be sent to let you know when your order will be shipped. Depending on your location, regular mail shipping times range from 2–14 business days, see chart below. Allow up to 2 business days for processing any custom orders. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been received as well as another e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
For expedited or express shipping, tracking wil be provided once your order has been scheduled for shipping and you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
